Ms.V Designs is a wholesale handmade beaded jewelry company.
Our handmade beaded necklaces, handmade purses, and custom belt buckles are crafted
by Ms. Sheila Masterson, using richly colored semi-precious stones and sterling silver with
ornate pendants and crosses. Each sumptuous multi-strand handmade beaded necklace can be worn
as a belt, necklace and/or bracelet.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION:
Be assured that any information you disclose to Ms. V Designs
will not be disclosed to any outside persons or agencies. Your information is never sold to any
other persons or businesses. Your credit information is never divulged to any outside
person or business. This information is always treated with the highest degree of
confidentiality. We use a secure server that encrypts all of your information
that is transmitted to us.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum Order is $300.00
PRICES:
Wholesale handmade beaded jewelry prices are subject to change without notice. A packing
and handling fee will be added to your invoice based on the types of products ordered.
TERMS:
- For your convenience we accept all major credit cards.
- Strictly prepaid with first order. Ms. V Designs will not ship COD.
- NET 30 for reorders can be established with approved credit. NET 30 terms are strictly enforced. NET #) means payment is due, in our office, 30 days from the invoice. We will impose late fees and interest, as well as collection costs where applicable, on all past due invoices. Additionally, any invoice paid over 10 days late will place the customer back to a pre-pay status for all future orders.
- All custom orders require full payment prior to processing.
DELIVERY:
Delivery times vary. Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. When you place your wholesale
handmade beaded jewelry order, we will give you an estimated delivery time along with
confirmation of the order.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges are not included in our wholesale pricing. UPS shipment costs will be
included in your order total when confirmed. We always endeavor to send your order the
most economical, yet dependable, method available.
DAMAGES:
Because the freight carriers have tightened their dealing with claims, it has become virtually impossible to file a damage claim. For your company to avoid being responsible for a claim, please be sure to inspect all shipments immediately, before the carrier leaves the premises. They are required by law to wait while the shipment is inspected. Do not accept a shipment where the box is damaged.
When you accept a shipment without inspection and sign the bill of lading, you are then responsible for all claims. If you must accept a shipment without inspecting at the time of arrival, it is extremely important that you check the box very carefully. Even if the box has a very small crush, tear, bent edge, etc., write this information on the bill of lading. In case of concealed damage in which you have accepted the shipment without inspection and later find damage, Ms. V Designs will repair the damage free of charge if notified within 5 working days, but will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
PLEASE PROTECT YOUR RIGHT TO A CLAIM BY INSPECTING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.
RETURNS:
There is a 15% restocking fee for wholesale handmade beaded jewelry other than damaged items being returned. All
returns require a return authorization number to be issued by Ms. V Designs.
